The story is about a boy, Takuma, and a girl, Mayu, when they meet in a hospital. Mayu is a daughter of Dr.Taneda, and Takuma is a boy who was diagnosed with a heart condition that reqiures care from a cardiologit. One day, Mayu and Takuma are very surprised, at Dr.Taneda talk with Takuma's parents if Takuma condition is serious enough that he must likely wont life beyond the age of 20. Mayu cry and cry. Mayu is very sad, so Takuma made a promise to mary mayu at they ager turn of 20. Mayu very happy to hear that. Later in life, takumua choiced to enter in *forget* senior high school, think Mayu can't enter in this school. Takum didn't to look mayu sad and worried again.
